We use a Noritsu film scanner. For special projects and custom scans, we use an Epson flatbed scanners and Epson Fastfoto scanners.
Push and pull refer to the process of over-developing film and under-developing it, respectively (usually to compensate for exposure during shooting).

FTP is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol. As the name suggests, FTP is used to transfer files between computers on a network. You can use FTP to quickly transfer image files to and from Fast Foto’s network and your computer using a free software program like Filezilla

Yes! The easiest way for us to set that up is for you to send us examples of your image style so we can reference back to them. It usually takes a few rolls of film for us to figure out how you like your profile. The more feedback from you the easier it is for us to get it right for you.

If you need a rush order just ask. We will try our hardest to get your order finished as quickly as possible. We do not charge a rush fee, however we cannot guarantee rush orders will be done at time requested.
Turnaround times are hard to predict. However, if your order contains only C-41 film and is scanned on the Noritsu, our turnaround time is about 1-4 business days.
